The browser did not send a certificate. Please make sure that your e-identification is installed and that you select a certificate in the dialog box that appears. If you are connected to a corporate network, the issue may also be caused by the network inspecting encrypted traffic, which prevents the certificate from being transmitted. In that case, please ask your IT department to make an exception for login.expisoft.se. Note that login has moved there from eid.expisoft.se, so an exception made earlier may need to be extended.
