Check whether the e-service owner has any specific naming requirements; otherwise, you can choose the name yourselves. Please note that special characters should be avoided and that commas cannot be used.

E-mail address*
We recommend that you enter a functional address here instead of a personal email address, the address is used, among other things, to send reminder emails when the e-identification is approaching its expiry date. Please note that we currently cannot support top-level domains with more than 3 characters, such as .bank or .tech

CSR: Certificate Signing Request
We recommend ordering with a CSR only if you understand how this works and how to create both a CSR and a .p12 file. CSR must be created with key length 4096bit and SHA 256.
