E-service identification
A personal organizational ID that binds the user to an organization and that does not contain the holder's social security number. A person who uses an e-service ID is instead identified using a "service identity number"
Important order information (does not apply to volume and agent customers)
Orders must be approved by an authorized person, giving the purchaser permission to order on behalf of the organization. At the end of the process, you can choose between two signature methods. Physical Signature
An order form is printed and signed by an authorized person, then the signed original order form is sent to Expisoft by postal service. Digital signature
We send an e-mail to an authorized person who are able to sign with Swedish BankID.
