Order and and delivery process
Order
- The requester logs into our ordering portal and registers an order.
- The requester chooses whether the order should be approved/signed digitally or on paper by an authorized representative. For private Swedish companies, signing by a company signatory is required. For foreign organizations, unions, associations, municipalities, authorities, state-owned companies and other organizations where there is no signatory or such information is not officially available, the signature of a board member or a person in a senior management position is required.
- If the order is to be signed digitally, a valid email address must be provided for an authorized representative. If the order is to be signed on paper, an order form is printed, signed by an authorized representative, and then mailed in original form to Expisoft.
Issue
- Once your signed order has arrived at Expisoft (either digitally signed via Kivra Signatures or signed on paper via post), we can begin processing.
- Expisoft will check the organization, organization number, and that an authorized representative has signed the order.
- The issuance of the e-identification normally takes 2-5 business days after the signed order has arrived at Expisoft.
Delivery
- Delivery of the PIN letter (which contains the unique identifier for downloading the certificate and PIN codes for using the certificate) will be made digitally if the order has been digitally signed, and via post if it has been signed on paper. Within Sweden, the letter is sent as a recommended letter (REK) with PostNord, and internationally, shipments are sent via DHL Express.
- For digital delivery, the orderer logs into our ordering portal to download the PIN letter as a PDF.
- For delivery of PIN letter via postal service or DHL Express, an email is sent to the requester with tracking details for the shipment.
