Change the requester on a previous order

This service allows us to transfer your order history from one user account to another. We recommend using this service when an employee leaves and another person takes over their responsibilities, ensuring that the new user has access to the full order history and can easily place renewal orders.

Please note that the new user must first register their own personal account in the ordering portal before you can request this service.
